Sales reps were very professional. Showed us a number of cars in the price range we quoted, and no one tried to sell up. As with any dealership we were able to negotiate a price I think the dealership and I were happy with. We did have an issue with the DVD player in the back not working. We brought the car back the following day and they immediately replaced it.
