Our salesman Ricardo Garcia was very helpful and friendly! Armando in finance was awesome to us as well.
I recommend Hiram Montero from spike ford. Hiram Montero did an excellent job helping me out. Everything went well he got me in a Ram 2024 the same day just as he promised. I've have had no issue with the Ram as of yet. If you want a smooth transition into a new vehicle call and ask for Hiram Montero.

All paperwork that could be done ahead of time was completed. When I got to the… dealership, Armando had everything ready for me to sign, we took the vehicle on a test drive and explained all the features my new Explorer had. F&I was great and we had all questions answered and paperwork signed, purchase was complete within 30 minutes.
