He was friendly, patient, and attentive without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping us find the… right vehicle, not just making a sale and moving on to the next person. We were purchasing a car for both my mom and grandpa, and Mason gave us his full attention throughout the entire process. Even as we changed our minds a few times about what we wanted, he remained calm and supportive. Instead of getting frustrated, he asked thoughtful questions to better understand our needs and guided us toward the perfect car that we absolutely love. Mason consistently went above and beyond expectations. He followed up with us—but never in a pushy way—and made sure we knew how to use all the features in our new Ford. He even helped us get set up with FordPass and was always available to answer our calls or questions. I especially appreciated how he never pressured us, which is rare in the car-buying world and made the experience all the more enjoyable. His ability to listen without interrupting and his willingness to be available every step of the way made a lasting impression. Mason truly made this the smoothest and most comfortable car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be returning to purchase another vehicle with him in the near future!Great experience!!

I recommend Hiram Montero from spike ford. Hiram Montero did an excellent job helping me out. Everything went well he got me in a Ram 2024 the same day just as he promised. I've have had no issue with the Ram as of yet. If you want a smooth transition into a new vehicle call and ask for Hiram Montero.
