Absolutely phenomenal experience at McKinney Buick GMC, all thanks to Derek! From the moment I walked in, he made the entire car-buying process seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable.
Derek’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for… his customers are unmatched. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I got the best deal possible. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance and top-tier customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making this the best car-buying experience I have ever had.

He was not pushy but diligently helped us purchase my new SUV.… More dealerships need to hire salesmen like him as the aggressive approach is not necessary and the laid back approach works much better for most.Completely Satisfied
