As good as it gets!
by marinanicole on 12/02/2015I recently went to John McClaren Chevrolet for scheduled maintenance. I was told the maintenance would be approximately one hour and directed to the waiting lounge. As was the case on my last visit, the lounge was clean, inviting, and had… plenty of comfortable seating. The TV news was on, the coffee was fresh, and the condiments were plentiful. Snacks were also available at no cost, cookies, fresh fruit, bottled water, and soft drinks. I helped myself to coffee, picked up a TEXAS MONTHLY, and got comfortable. In less than one hour I was summoned to cashier window, signed for services, and was pleasantly thanked for my patronage. I left the dealership very pleased with this service visit as I have been in the past. This dealership remains superior to all other Chevrolet dealerships I have ever done business with!Fantastic service at John McClaren Chev

This dealership has that small town feel with sales and service you just can't get in big cities. Stacy listened to our description of the vehicle we were interested in and showed us several vehicles we described. We test drove a Silverado pick up.… My son and I were both completely satisfied with it's performance as well as the interior design that we were so convinced it was such a good vehicle my son convinced me to buy a second Silverado at the same time. Everyone was amazing at handling the sale as I was very nervous about this purchase because of my past… credit issues from a motor vehicle accident in 2009 that severely damaged my credit. I felt the team truly cared that I was 100% comfortable and encouraged questions and concerns immediately.
