Dealership Service Review
I recently went to John McClaren Chevrolet for scheduled maintenance. I was told the maintenance would be approximately one hour and directed to the waiting lounge. As was the case on my last visit, the lounge was clean, inviting, and had plenty of comfortable seating. The TV news was on, the coffee was fresh, and the condiments were plentiful. Snacks were also available at no cost, cookies, fresh fruit, bottled water, and soft drinks. I helped myself to coffee, picked up a TEXAS MONTHLY, and got comfortable. In less than one hour I was summoned to cashier window, signed for services, and was pleasantly thanked for my patronage. I left the dealership very pleased with this service visit as I have been in the past. This dealership remains superior to all other Chevrolet dealerships I have ever done business with!
