After meeting and working with the sales team at this dealership she was really hooked and just kept telling me that… she wanted to buy from them. A week or so later after several times contacting us about possibilities, they nailed it. The wife was completely stoked dealing with the sales lady and manager. They really went the distance to sell us the new truck. Thanks Marshall Ford, keep up the Great work and we will be back. Ps: don't ever lose the friendly atmosphere you have there. I live in Kingwood just outside of Houston and have dealerships all around me. However, I can call Tim and tell… him what I'm looking for and he can find the best deal around without the games of the local dealerships. And normally I would make the drive up and pick up the truck. On this last truck I purchased, on short notice, I ask him if it was possible to have the truck delivered so I didn't have to miss my son's baseball game. He arranged the delivery for the following Saturday morning. The very courteous drivers arrived on time and had the paper work ready to go. The transaction took 20 minutes. Kudos to Tim for making buying a new vehicle what it should be. A great experience!Great Service!
