Marshall Ford Lincoln

This is my third F-150 truck I've bought from Marshall Ford via Tim Brown. I can't say enough of his great customer service. I live in Kingwood just outside of Houston and have dealerships all around me. However, I can call Tim and tell him what I'm looking for and he can find the best deal around without the games of the local dealerships. And normally I would make the drive up and pick up the truck. On this last truck I purchased, on short notice, I ask him if it was possible to have the truck delivered so I didn't have to miss my son's baseball game. He arranged the delivery for the following Saturday morning. The very courteous drivers arrived on time and had the paper work ready to go. The transaction took 20 minutes. Kudos to Tim for making buying a new vehicle what it should be. A great experience!
