  • Overall great service, but department was under staffed :(

    I always experience great service and customer service however, the wait was longer than normal due to only two service representatives present. I came in on a Saturday morning and left 3 hours later for an oil change, and break fluid. I attribute it to lack of personnel on staff for a busy Saturday. I have never experienced this in the past. The leadership team needs to make proper adjustments to correct this problem with staffing properly. It’s not fair to the customer or employees.

  • Need Service, Bam This Is The Place to Go!

    Needed some basic oil change and yearly maintenance done and an issue with the A/C. Matthew suggested Doing the maintenance then we could reschedule the A/C inspection. Which we did. He hooked us up with a courtesy car and the repair took an extra day which was predicted. Repairs were done and the car was washed and ready when I got there. In and out in 5 minutes.

    We always have good service for our basic oil changes. I wish they would start having the car wash available without having to wait an hour because we never get that anymore. It's not worth waiting an hour for them to start the wash.

    I began with AutoNation Acura League City, TX when I moved here in January 1916. I purchased a new 2021 Acura RDX in 2020. Bud Peung has continued to keep old car and now my new car in excellent condition. This service department is run extremely well. I am always able to get the service I need in a very timely manner. I feel safe driving my auto wherever I need to go. Thank you, Bud and thank you AutoNation.

    Came in for routine maintenance and new tire. Bud has been my service advisor ever since I bout my mdx in 2018 and he’s the absolute best. Always honest and helps me with any questions. I never feel like I’m being pressured into stuff I don’t need but more so advised on how much life I actually have left on a part and recommendations for various things to keep my MDX running well.

    Had minor service done and was greeted by advisor who immediately took my key and explained to me how long the service would take. Waiting area is clean, has chargers, coffee, water, and snacks. Fast service, vehicle was washed and was spotless when. I got it back. Thanks for continued wonderful service!
