Julie is incredibly supportive and transparent in her approach. There are no tricks or hidden agendas here. You can walk in and focus on the real numbers without any unnecessary complications. Julie respects your space and allows you to take your time, empowering you to make your own choices without any pressure. Julie goes above and beyond to highlight all the safety features in your new vehicle and offers her best recommendations. I appreciate her efforts and find her kindness particularly helpful and reassurance. She cares for your safety. You are not a sale volume to her. Highly recommend working with Julie; the journey from Sugarland to Kingwood was absolutely worth it. I even attached her business card to my new CR-V manual so I won’t lose her contact information in the future!

    The service staff here is amazing I bought my car from here I get my car service here I just got my tire service by Darrell B he is amazing I've been having problems with my low tire light I've had it filled twice outside of the dealership and none of them ever told me that I had a nail in my tire all damage to my tire Daryl took the time he found the problem he showed it to me and he worked with me and I got my tire fixed so I won't have that problem anymore he's amazing and so it's just Sterling McCall Honda is amazing.

    This was my first time getting my car serviced since I purchased it. This also was my first time visiting a Honda service center. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The young lady who. Helped me was so professional and made the process seamlessly. I even called my husband and told him I want to come to the Kingwood Honda dealership the next time we purchase a vehicle.

    I had a low battery and lucked up by spotting a Honda technician at a gas station. Dillion helped start my car and called ahead to ensure I would be assisted before Honda closed. A small act that made a huge difference as I drive to make a living. So this act of kindness was beyond generous, it was vital for my business. The staff took care of me and even reviewed things I didn’t ask them to, taking care of smaller things. Overall everyone was personable, well mannered, professional, and efficient.     The service advisor was nice but didn't seem to know about the specific oil coupon that was sent to me. It was for an oil change and rotation. For the second time in a row, they neglected to rotate my tires. Very disappointing.

  • Roger Castro Best Sales on the US

    I walked called Sterling McCall looking for a Honda Civic and everyone knows how hard they are to find. Roger treated me so well and there was a delay in getting the car after the promised delivery date. Roger never showed frustrated while I texted for updates. I was offered an Accord because it was there and my Civic was not. He talked me out of getting the Accord (about $4000 difference). I really like that as I wanted the savings of the Civic and the gear shift but the Accord was a prettier color. On such financial decisions, I was using color as the final factor. I’m happy with my choice as Roger showed me the Civic and I thought I could get my Civic painted for much money than just getting an Accord. I liked how the finance team treated me and I’m happy driving my car. Go to Sterling McCall and get Roger Castro as your salesperson!!!

    I just want to be clear that where I am from, it is very difficult to trust a dealership and to find a salesman or representative who has patience. My service woman, De’anna, was beyond amazing. What stood out to me the most, was the fact that I had an expired coupon, and I didn’t even realize it was expired. Well, when I was ready to complain about the price, I was overtaken by the patience and kindness of my service lady. She not only gave me the discount anyway, but the fact the at my coupon was expired and she never once brought that up. I realized it after the fact and just couldn’t believe how kind she was to still help me when really, it was expired and they did not have to. I appreciate stuff like that because there are some people who just never think about the finances of others or the hard times. And of course, it taught me a lesson as well about what battles to pick and choose. This woman clearly has a leveled head and heart and that’s what makes Sterling McCall my preferred choice, every time! I always tell people to come here because of how great you guys are. Thank you.

    I took my 2017 Honda Civic for 60k miles service. I showed up on time and my requested service was done. My concern is When I was leaving, I checked for the wheel lock and it was missing which should’ve never happened. I went back in and they were able to find it.
