    Took my car in to repair ds seat panel which was broken off. Was told they needed to order part. Part order, schedule appointment, part put on. When I pick up car I noticed the panel didn't libe up with the other parts of the seat. Told advisor and he said that the other parts had broken pins and couldn't line up. I asked why they didn't order all of it at once. They say because I only mention the panel. Either way they say it's a simple order and fix. Was disappointed but guess I figured out another time.

    I needed an oil change when I went in. As it turned out, I also had 2 recalls I wasn't aware of. It took most of the day, but they provided me with a ride home and picked me back up when it was finished in the afternoon! Excellent service and care, thank you!

    New vehicle purchased but had a vibration at highway speeds. Took in and checked to see if they had time to check it . No problem. They completed it same day. All good now.

    I was taken care of after my complaint. I walked with an appointment and told I would not be seen until two hours later. That was going to be a waste of my time. I requested to see the manager and the situation was cleared up and I was seen at my appointment time.

    Jay was the best he took the time to explain what was going on with my car and how they were going to fix it , the time was long but he stated that in the beginning and he kept his promises on following up with me and keeping me informed .. So cuddos to Jay and all American Chevrolet you guys Rock!

    The Service Dept was Great, I had an issue with my A/C on my Car. It was still under warranty, Andrea Hoy, The Service Advisor took care of everything, My car was finished before she said it would be, The repair was great, my A/C works great. Very easy and quick service. Thank You

    Andrea is a big asset to the service Dpt, no one else will touch my car but her. Her professionalism was beyond my expection. I had some questions she gave me prompt answers. She definitely value her customers. That was my first visit and first impression. It will be a lasting one.

    The service manager Tim made sure I left completely satisfied and did great communication the progress of my car. I will be returning for any further maintenance of my vehicle.

    Awesome work! I expected to be waiting for a while being that there were a few customers ahead of me. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! I was very satisfied!
