onTook my car in to repair ds seat panel which was broken off. Was told they needed to order part. Part order, schedule appointment, part put on. When I pick up car I noticed the panel didn't libe up with the other parts of the seat. Told advisor and he said that the other parts had broken pins and couldn't line up. I asked why they didn't order all of it at once. They say because I only mention the panel. Either way they say it's a simple order and fix. Was disappointed but guess I figured out another time.
