How cars buying should be...
by Craig on 08/25/2018No nonesense. I didn’t have to sign anything saying I would buy a car before we even looked at cars. Everyone was very transparent with what the next step was and there was no funny business. For those that don’t know, Moritz offers a… lifetime power train warranty on any and all certified preowned vehicles, no matter the brand. After buying a Kia last year, then another Nissan this year and having incredible experiences both times, we are Moritz customers for life!BEST dealership experience in my life.

He listened to my concerns and needs. Follow-up, after the sale, was lacking.Thank you for visiting our service department and for leaving the kind words. He was never pushy about making the sale and talked to you like a friend,… not a potential paycheck. He went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I also would like to commend Charwick Reed in the Finance department who also was very nice and worked quickly to get all the paperwork handled. by yikes on 04/26/2018we came and scot greated us promptly. at first, the experience was going very well. he is personable and friendly. we found a car that we loved. we signed for it and they gave us their word to hold it for a week. within days, we had… everything ready to purchase the vehicle. we called and let them know that we were ready to pay for the car when scot tells us that it has been given to an auction. i'm sure this wasn't directly scot's fault, however the dealership gave our car away and is not offering us the same deal on another vehicle, even though it was their mistake. frustrated and dissatisfied. we are first time buyers and even we know that these things shouldn't happen.We would like to apologize for your recent visit.
