we came and scot greated us promptly. at first, the experience was going very well. he is personable and friendly. we found a car that we loved. we signed for it and they gave us their word to hold it for a week. within days, we had everything ready to purchase the vehicle. we called and let them know that we were ready to pay for the car when scot tells us that it has been given to an auction. i'm sure this wasn't directly scot's fault, however the dealership gave our car away and is not offering us the same deal on another vehicle, even though it was their mistake. frustrated and dissatisfied. we are first time buyers and even we know that these things shouldn't happen.
