ASK FOR DUSTIN C.! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

We bought a Kia Sorento last year and when looking for our other vehicle we knew exactly where to go! Dustin C. and… David T. were PHENOMENAL!!!! They worked so hard for us! I cannot thank them enough for we are extremely pleased with our pre-owned Nissan Sentra AND our Kia Sorento!! Dustin is THE MAN to see when shopping! David T. finalized our deal with professionalism and sincerity! MORTIZ OF HURST IS A MUST!! I highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys for being so genuine and sincere! Our sales representative was Michael M. who was polite, knowledgeable and listened to our needs in terms of price, vehicle options and monthly terms. We discussed purchase as well… as leasing, with the lease being the best option for our family. Michael made this recent vehicle purchase the most comfortable, worry-free one in several years. I knew the moment we parked our car and Laurel came up to us with a friendly hello, smile, and a willingness to help that I wanted her to be our Sales Rep. Laurel was not pushy but listened to what we wanted and… needed in a car and was eager to help us select the one we enjoy driving. Laurel had knowledge of each car she showed us and had a smile on her face the entire time I was deciding on the car I wanted. I went back and forth, back and forth and she was patience the entire time. To top it off, I passed a Red Model Kia Reo on the show room floor on my way to the finance office. Once I was in the finance office, I changed the color of the car I had told Laurel I wanted from White to Red . She did not get upset. She just said ok--I will change it on the paperwork. I Love my Kia Reo and tell everyone about my car buying experience.Super experience because of Laurel H.!

Kederick B. was our sales consultant and knew all of the positive points about the three different Kia models we looked at during our two weeks of… shopping. We came back to Moritz and purchased from them because of the experience. Kederick and all the staff have made us feel like a part of something special. While we haven't needed or experienced the Service Dept yet, we have confidence that we will find the same attitudes and atmosphere as the front end folks. We will definitely go back to Moritz for future vehicle needs!
