Laurel H. was our sales rep. I knew the moment we parked our car and Laurel came up to us with a friendly hello, smile, and a willingness to help that I wanted her to be our Sales Rep. Laurel was not pushy but listened to what we wanted and needed in a car and was eager to help us select the one we enjoy driving. Laurel had knowledge of each car she showed us and had a smile on her face the entire time I was deciding on the car I wanted. I went back and forth, back and forth and she was patience the entire time. To top it off, I passed a Red Model Kia Reo on the show room floor on my way to the finance office. Once I was in the finance office, I changed the color of the car I had told Laurel I wanted from White to Red . She did not get upset. She just said ok--I will change it on the paperwork. I Love my Kia Reo and tell everyone about my car buying experience.
