Yet Another Great Purchase Experience at Moritz Kia Hurst!

Most recently, Steve Potter was excellent and helped reserve the vehicle I wanted with the color and trim I wanted. It was delivered earlier than… anticipated as well. The tint and everything was done before I did the contract on it allowing me to drive away with it the same day which I did not expect to be able to do.Great Experience!

They offer options but, in the end, allow you to make the decision. In the meantime he received a Telluride sooner and contacted us immediately. We… couldn't be happier with our experience withRob. In addition, Finance Manager Daniel Williams was great. He stepped us through the process with no pressure. He promptly had us sign the paperwork and we were ready to take our new car home. Rob gave us a demo of all the features and helped us set up our phones and downloaded the Kia app. Rob followed up with a phone call a day or two later. Excellent experience! Completely positive experience

He was nice and a fun person to work with, did not pressure me into making any decisions, and was there to answer my questions when they arose. And he let me know as soon as my car arrived on the lot. He is a… great salesman, and I would recommend anyone to him and Moritz Kia Hurst. Also, the finance manager Amir was awesome as well. I felt no pressure at all to purchase any of the add-ons offered in his area. He was nice and fun to talk to as well. Overall it was such a completely pleasant experience, and quite the opposite of what I had been expecting.
