The whole process was made super easy and efficient by my sales rep (Steve Potter). He was flexible enough to find several possible vehicles, work a great deal, and communicate with me through text and email to get the paperwork going. From my first phone call to showing up and paying, Steve was great! Attentive, responsive, funny, and very willing to help. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership.
