by Harry5723 on 10/08/2014This is now the third Hyundai my family has bought in 8 years. The sales staff at Humble Hyundai in Humble, Texas could not have been any better. They took the time to show us that leasing the 2015 Sonata was a better arrangement for me… than the outright purchase I had planned on. Over three days, they allowed me to take home three different vehicles. One was a loaner until they could locate and transfer the 2015 Sonata in the color my wife wanted. No questions were to small to answer, so there was NO PROBLEM feeling secure in our purchase/lease. Yes, we fully plan on purchasing the car at the end of the lease. Karl, the manager, though very busy with a new dealership opening in Spring, took the time to personally work out our various options. Brett handled explaining the final details and pricing, taking the time to answer even the smallest question. He even lent us his vehicle, a very nice Santa Fe, to get home in until our 2015 arrived the next day. Unless you are very wealthy, buying a new car is a very big deal and can be stressful. The staff at Humble Hyundai take the time, have the knowledge, and understand the importance of true customer service. My wife is happy with her new car and I am confident that the service I will receive at Humble Hyundai will always be TOP SHELFnadia rita's review

Jeremy waited on my husband and I while Tim C. and Ray F. got us the financing and pricing I wanted. These gentlemen are… approachable and treat you like family. Heck, better than family! Friends! As for the vehicle, it says up to 38 miles per gallon - we took it to KC and got 42 mpg! It's not even a hybrid!A 7 Star Deal!!
by RickyR777 on 08/15/2014As soon as I pulled up, there was a salesman by the name of Rusty I. who kindly assisted me. It was almost as if he knew I was coming as he had already been standing there before I even pulled in and parked. He asked me the questions he… needed to know to best assist me and immediately directed me to the right area within my budget. The car he showed me was a very nice car that I liked and I ended up buying the next day. There was no pressure nor desperation on his part to sell me a car, which was what I liked the most. The paperwork was smooth and easy and after signing, the sales manager came out and congratulated me on the new purchase, shook my hand, and wished me his best wishes, letting me know to call him or Rusty if I needed anything or had any questions. I was completely satisfied and happy from the purchase of the car to the dealership as other dealerships in contrast easily come across as wolves trying desperately to make money and sell you whatever to do so. Rusty I. was very caring and didn't want me leaving with anything less than a good deal/good car. I couldn't of been any happier to have bought my new car from such a worthy dealership and salesman. And I mean that! Thanks Rusty and Raymond (the sales manager)!Getting our TUCSON!!!!!!!
by lefulkerson on 08/13/2014We looked and compared cars and prices and after finding the Tucson would be our best solution to downsize from the 'minivan', went to Humble Hyundai to choose the car and did they have a great selection. The third 2014 Tucson we looked at… had it all, at the right price and we asked Rusty I. to put this one in our stable..... He put all the needed steps in place while we did the 'paperwork' and then showed us the best features of the BlueLink package!!!! WOW!!!! It has really helped us in this Texas heat with the 'remote start'!!!!! and we still have better mpg than our old minivan!!!! The parts team has already helped us with the car carrier bars and we appreciate Haili taking great care of those details!!!!!! Looks like our dealer for the future.....SUPER SATISFIED

I was happy with my Hyundai until I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and several times I have been burned. They have caused… multiple problems I did not experience until it was serviced by them and they do not correct the issues they have caused. I will not bring my vehicle to Humble Hyundai for servicing again and would not in clear consciousness recommend this place to anyone.I Love My New Hyundai Azera

The car I wanted was out of my reach and I knew this before I went in when talking with the salesman on the phone. He… insisted I come in because they could do something for me. After 3 hours and the kid salesman having a little pouting spell because I said I did not want to spend $150 more a month than I budgeted for I left very aggravated. He was too pushy, demeaning and insulting. You would think for a native Texan he would have manners. Never even held open a door for me and talked to me like I am an idiot female. I am old enough to be his mother.not the most honest

Be prepared to see plenty of pork when the final bill is put before you. 2K overnight price increases after already promising… to match competitors pricing. you get the deal. We won't be going back. $700 worth of pork, too many extra lines besides sales price+TTL.....new car purchase

We were in and out after about an hour and a half. They stayed after closing to help us with the sale. Then went back 2 weeks… later and bought my car. Was in and out in under an hour. i would recommend this dealership and sales staff to anyone. The incentives and deal they worked for me was more than i had expected.They were not interested.
