WORSE SERVICE EVER by an "Expert Mechanic"
by upfront on 10/23/2013updated 07/28/2025I totally love my SONOTA however, will be buying a KIA instead due to the Service I received on my prior vehicle by Humble's Hyundai's service department. Would not recommend you take your car here for any type of service or repairs. Drive… all the way to Conroe instead since they really know what they are doing. Also their mechanics can tell you the FIRST time what is wrong with your car and not charge you over and over for the same problem while they guess at the issue. The Staff is also very nice and really go out of their way to help you. I am going to purchase a new Optima within the next month. Do not want to drive 26 miles for an oil change/service and would NEVER go to Humble Hyundai for ANYTHING.Good Experience at Humble Hyundai

Price was less than what Edmunds listed for the TMV on a Sonata Limited. Went in for a test drive and purchased the new car and drove off… in less than two hours. Very professional staff.Easy To Work With

They gave me a no hassle price on the phone and told me they would match any pricing I got from Austin… dealers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for Hyundai.Outstanding sales experience!

by crew1910 on 03/08/2012updated 07/28/2025Dealership seemed nice over the phone and promised they wouldn't lose a deal over a few hundreds dollars so I went in and of course it was all a game again. They wouldn't even except there internet coupon that's good for any new or preowned… car. What a joke. They wouldn't move off of the price. I said you told me over the phone that you wouldn't lose a deal over a few hundreds bucks. They said oh well my Manager said we can't lower any further than Eprice. They wouldn't even offer free oil changes or XM radio for a year. They said well your getting a great warranty. That does nothing for me because I'm leasing a new car. Why would I care about 100k warranty? Not a fair dealership.Great Experience

by emixon_75211 on 05/07/2014updated 07/28/2025I have bought a few a cars in my time and I have to say buying from Humble Hyundai was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I sent a request for quote through the Internet and received a quick response from the sales person.… Price was less than all other dealers I searched located in the Houston, Austin, Corpus & Dallas area. Went in for a test drive and purchased a new 2013 Sonata Hybrid Limited a few days later. The internet Sales Manager was awesome and did everything to get us all the rebates we qualified for and even received a few extra things at no cost. Finance was a breeze and Humble Hyundai was able to get me a fixed interest rate below 2%. I also purchased a 10yr/100000 mile bumper to bumper extended warranty which Humble Hyundai gave me a great price on and I can tell you from experience, buy the extended warranty up front when the car has low miles because it's cheaper. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used Hyundai to talk with Humble Hyundai. For sure I will buy my next card from them.I finally learned my lesson.

I had received a phone call from the salesman saying that, If I financed my vehicle through Hyundai that they would lower my previously quoted price by $1500. We… agreed upon a final "drive out" price and I went to the dealership to pick up the car. When I arrived, they told me they did not have the car we agreed upon and wanted to sell me a different vehicle for the agreed upon price but without the agreed upon options. I walked out of the dealership! After a year, I needed another car and thought I would give them another try. Yes, they did almost the exact same thing the second time. I have finally learned my lesson...there will not be a third time!Great Selection Friendly Staff

I went in for a test drive and immediately felt like family. Brett R. helped me find a cool car and… helped me understand all the offers they currently have available. by macks_ma on 08/29/2013updated 07/28/2025The salesman was rude and condescending. He told me that a battery that had corrosion in the middle on the bracket was "normal for the Texas heat". I had told him the amount my son had to spend in cash and when I asked to see a newer car… for myself, he told me I couldn't afford it and wouldn't even stop. It was a Hyundai Veloster for Pete's sake and not out of my price range. Finally he took me all the way to the back to see a car that he warned had not been serviced. The glass in the outside mirrors was smashed, the liner on the back was completely torn and half ripped out, the dash was faded (once black, now gray) and the radio was GONE! The seat panels were torn off and part of the seats were completely missing. I was utterly shocked that he would even show me this car and he reminded me it was a trade in. I asked him how much they had paid him to take it! I wouldn't buy anything from them considering that this is the condition of cars before SERVICE. Do they have a magic wand in there that makes a heap worth $10,000? I'm actually happy that he showed me this heap because it gave me an idea of what garbage they recondition and put out on their lots.
