I came into the dealer to look at the Genesis and was greeted then left alone to browse. Carlos was around to answer questions… but did not pressure me which was very nice unlike other dealerships I've visit in the past. Currently, I have a Hyundai Sonata and it has been a great car. Now I am upgrading to the Hyundai Genesis. If anyone is in the market for a new or used car, come on over to the Hyundai Dealer in Humble Texas for a great car buying experience. He said that Charles Dillahauty would be very helpful in our purchase of a… vehicle. He was right, Charles was the reason we didn't need to go any other dealership. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also explained to us that he would always be there for us after the purchase. That was very comforting to know. During the purchase we also discovered that we had been married 30 years to our wives and also have the same wedding anniversary. We highly recommend Charles to anyone considering a new hyundai in Humble. If your coming from our of town Charles is worth the drive!!!Love My Hyundai

The vehicle was delayed in arriving at the dealership, so Rance made a new 2015 Genesis available as a… loaner until all the preparation and inspections could be complete. Both Rance and Karl were helpful with the overall experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership!
