    I have always been treated with honesty and integrity whether it has been in the service department or sales department. Branden in service is great! Kerry Smith is sales helped my daughter buy a Santa Fe and me with my 2014 Sonata Hybrid Limited. I got a great deal!

    I lost my car during hurricane Harvey and needed to purchase another fast. Danny provided great supportive service. He was able to answer all our questions about the vehicle and make sure we made the right decision. Everyone that we interacted with was very friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

    I called Brett Roe, the evening before Hurricane Harvey hit for help to reconcile the amount the insurance company was offering us for a vehicle that we a total loss. After discussing the amount offered, Brett let us know he had a new vehicle that he could replace the old with for the amount offered by the insurance. It was a vehicle that had loads of features and lots of rebates to bring the price down. Then Hurricane Harvey hit and 7 days later when I called Brett to see if he still had a car, he responded he found us a Limited edition with more features for the same price. We told him we would be right down. We took the scenic route around Houston to get to the dealership as most roads and communities were still flooded (ours too) and Brett had all the paperwork ready and the car ready too. This is the second vehicle we have purchased with Brett at Humble Hyundai and the 4th Hyundai. Brett is a great person and very straight forward in his dealings with you and always helps to match benefits with needs and won't oversell. Thank you for a 5 star experience!

    I went in to look at the new sonatas because my lease was almost up and Kim met me outside we talked for awhile he told me that deal she had going on the general manager came and spoke to me for a while drove the car answered all my questions did an absolute excellent job on everything from A to Z and then when I went to purchase the car Ray helped me in finance and I'm telling you I found a new dealership for life

    We had an amazing experience purchasing our 2017 hyundai sonata. Our salesman Rance was very patient and listened to our needs and was able to answer all of my thousands of questions! Any friends or family looking to purchase a new or even used vehicle I would highly recommend humble hyundai! They go above and beyond to make their customers satisfied. I love my new car!! I'm very satisfied with our purchase!

    The sales rep was very knowledgeable & made the car-buying process hassle-free. I told him what I was looking for & and what my needs were, and he went out of his way to meet or exceed those where possible. I was able to walk in and out with the car I wanted for the price I was comfortable with in under 2 hours. I would highly recommend Humble Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

    I brought the car I recently bought in to get the inspection so I can get the license plates. Jessica checked me in, I thought it would be a quick event however, I sat in the waiting room 3 hours with no word, before I went and told them I had an appointment in 15 minutes I needed to get to so I needed my car back. Its at that point Jessica tells me they can't get my car to pass inspection and asks if they can give me a loaner car so I can get to my appointment. I agreed, she said they would detail and clean my car for all my trouble, and I left thinking I would get my car back the next day, on Friday. I waited with no call and with no word till It was Tues 5 DAYS! I called to check on my car since I still had not heard a word from the dealership! Jessica says they got the part in and would "try" to have it done tomorrow, Wednesday. I was angry at how long this is taking and no one bothered to call and tell me what was going on. So I asked her, please CALL me and let me know, keep me posted! She apologized and assured me she would do that. Wednesday came and went, no call, Thursday came and went, still no call, Friday afternoon still no call!! Angry, I had my secretary call and tell them I'm coming to get my car NOW done or not! Oh its done, they tell her. ITS DONE? GGGRRRRR Of course NOBODY called. And when I picked up my car do you think it was detailed..... NOPE! Not one thing that girl said to me was the truth! NOT one thing! This place used to be great for service till they hired her!! And on a side note that brand new car they lent me has something wrong with it, when your in the car 30 minutes you begin to taste something in your mouth and nose. Its like a oil taste, or something. After about an hour especially with the AC running the headache will start pounding in both temples. After about an hour and a half you have to get out of the car! Maybe I'm allergic to some chemical they use in new cars and maybe not. I did have other people in the car and never said a word about this and yet they started commenting about the funny taste they suddenly had in there mouth. One person blamed it on their breakfast. It's not your breakfast I explained, its this car.

    I came into humble hyundai I've never bought a car before. It was a wonderful experience to have everyone who seen me greeted me and was nice and treated me with respect. The person who helped me the most I would recommend is Carlos Gallien. He knew everything you need to know about not only the vehicle but the the kind of vehicle you would feel comfortable in. If he didn't know something he would find out in a snap!! So you won't have to keep waiting, like is he going to be coming back? Did he forget about me? You do not have to worry about that with this guy. Thank you Humble Hyundai!!!

    The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I was greeted by Mr. Patrick Arvie. After introduction, and discussing the type of vehicle, I took a test drive in the Equus...very impressive. We negotiated until we reached a mutual agreement. I met the service department staff, received the quick reference guide and Mr Arvie. Who answered my questions satisfactorily. On delivery my vehicle was clean with a full tank of gas. Mary L R

    I purchased a vehicle from here a few weeks ago. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and helped me look at at least 15 different versions of the SUV I wanted (color, interior and specs). I never felt rushed or pushed. I would highly recommend this dealership to others and will be back in the future.

    I rarely take time to review purchases of any type, but my buying experience at Humble Hyundai was exceptional. I was an out of town buyer, searching for a specific car. After seeing an ad on the internet, I sent an email to the dealer. Literally one minute later I received a call from Isreal Salazar, a salesman at Humble Hyundai. Upon request he inspected the vehicle and gave me a true and accurate assessment of the vehicle. I was so confident in his honesty, that I made the 4 hour drive to meet with him. I can honestly say that I felt Isreal was my advocate in getting the deal done. He is honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend him. Likewise, I found management to be exceptionally honest and straightforward in finalizing the sale. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I will start my search with Humble Hyundai and Isreal Salazar. Finally a dealership you can trust.
