    This dealer is [non-permissible content removed]. After I spend 2.5hr negotiating because they had a bunch of bogus fees. We agree on a price and the interest rate (P.S. be careful they were charging me a 12% interest and wanted me to pay a ridiculous high price, when in their site they promote dirt cheap prices.) started signing the papers and he goes and changes the model of the car is being negotiated and gives me a lesser one (this was after we had agree on price make model and interest rate). Funny, when I went in some other guy was coming out and it seem he was very angry, that is how I left after I felt they just wanted to cheat me out of my money.

    Their website showed 1 used truck and 1 new truck in the trim I was looking for. They claimed the used truck was sold 3 days before so we commenced the process of looking for the new truck in their disorganized lot. There wasn't one in the lot out front so the saleswoman disappears 5 minutes to get keys to a car. To access the 2nd lot the saleswoman has to drive through the service bay (not just customer drop off, I'm talking between the mechanic's bays) and the trucks are parked so close together that you have to work to see the trim level on the truck. No luck in the 2nd lot so the saleswoman drives me to the office and pawns me off on a truck selling expert. The computer says there is a truck in the trim I want in the "other" lot so we hop in the car and end up in a lot by a warehouse. No luck in the 3rd lot so we drive around the side of the warehouse and drive into the warehouse. The warehouseman says there is one in there so we search the warehouse and I actually walked through a cobweb looking for the trim level on the trucks. No luck in the 4th lot so we go into the office and the salesman says sometimes inventory includes trucks on the way to the dealership so he asks for my contact info with the promise to call on Monday. It's Wednesday and still no call.

  • DO not honor internet Prices

    I went to this dealer with edmunds.com Internet price and they told me that the price what you see online is just to bring people in and on top of that they told me the car I was looking its don't even exist while I had the VIN # and stock # through edmunds...really bad experience and never going back

    The entire interaction with all staff was professional and courteous. Our salesman Christian Cuevas took time to explain our options and the fine details of the financing options and listened to my need before offering anything, which is truly appreciated since most dealers tend to push options on you irrelevant of your needs. The financing officer also took time to explain the details of the financing that was offered and didn't take it for granted that we understood. I never before had considered Nissan for my auto need but the service I received and the people I dealt with won me over and I intend to be a life long client. I would recommend Nissan and Christian without hesitation.

    Marco, the salesman was excellent. If I choose to buy a Nissan again next then I will be looking for Marco again. Marco did his best to keep me calm while waiting for financing, which took over 1.5 hours. I almost walked out. Then Marco went above and beyond after dealership closing to help me get my wonderful new Pathfinder home by following me in my old car so I can get it and the new one home. That is the kind of service that will make me come back to Tom Peacock Nissan. Thank you Marco!
