Great service! (They need to get Cadillac loaners back!)
by Patrick D on 09/13/2022Always great service. Detailed inspection often finds warranty items that go undetected. Vehicle was cleaned as expected. Great communication from start to finish. I know vehicle shortages have left them to rent from 3rd party, but… getting small economy (NON-General Motors) cars as a loaner just is not acceptable. If can’t get Cadillacs then need to work on getting comfortable mid-size sedans or larger cross-SUVs. Preferably of GM brand.Patrick, we appreciate you leaving this honest feedback about your experience.
