Mossy is a classy establishment that made my car buying process easier than expected! My salesperson, Abraham, was professional, kind, and advocated for me to get a fantastic deal even though it was the tail-end of the business day. Chris, the finance specialist, secured a highly competitive finance package for me right off the bat. It was a great customer service experience, and I would certainly recommend Mossy to family and friends in the future!

Expectations Exceeded!!

Venise Hunter, new car sales associate, was absolutely great! I had been researching vehicles for months & had a few bad customer service experiences at other dealerships that I refused to do business with. So coming into Mossy, I had my guards up & prepared NOT to listen to any sales pitch to sell me something different than what I was looking for. Venise noticed my hesitation & she gave me the service I had been looking for; SHE LISTENED to me & it was definitely a pleasure to do business with her. She well exceeded my husband & I expectation!

Stress Free/Excellent Service

Our Sales Attendant, Bosco, was very attentive to what I was searching for in a vehicle. He took the time to explain different options for each vehicle we looked at. Once I purchased the vehicle, he again took the time to explain what all the different gadgets in the car did. I would highly recommend him to other friends. Also, Robert Delaneo, in Finance, was excellent in processing the paperwork. He too took the time in explaining the different packages/options for extended coverage on my new vehicle. My experience with Mossy Nissan was very stress free and I walked out of the dealership feeling very satisfied with the service & purchase. This is the main reason why I keep returning.

MY TRIP TO MOSSY - HOUSTON, TEXAS

Everyone is very friendly and Melvin worked very hard and long when getting something for me. I have knee problems and Melvin was nice in walking with me and pulling the car around for me to look at. I ended up with a beautiful car. This will be my last car and I wanted something nice and Melvin got me one. The payments are a little over what I wanted to pay, but the car is worth it. Thank you for taking time to make me happy. Being 78 years old I have a lot to learn with this car. But Melvin said he would answer any questions if I need help. Everyone we encountered was very nice and professional. We felt they really went out of thier way to make us feel so, make a deal and give us what we wanted. Which was getting a brand new Nissan murano. We are very happy and excited.

Melvin, our sales guy, was such a wonderful help to me and my husband. We have never experienced such great service. He was honest, helpful, and very attentive. Robert from the finance team was also great! He was pleasant and took time to explain and answer all of our questions. We are very pleased and plan to be loyal customers of Mossy Nissan.

Best car buying experience ever

The best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, Abraham, was superb. I researched the vehicle for 6 months and knew exactly what I wanted. Most of the process was via email the day before I went in. It took about 2 hours of my day which was amazing. I wasn't driving all over Houston to different dealerships and playing "back and forth" game. Loved the whole experience!!

Bobby Jones was very easy going, friendly and helpful....not at all your typical car salesman. I am in sales as well, and appreciate when another sales person knows how to build a relationship with me and make me feel comfortable right away without coming across as pushy. I also interacted with Janet, the Finance Manager, and she was extremely friendly and professional, and helped to get my paperwork completed quickly as my time was limited. I would highly recommend Bobby Jones to anyone looking for a new Nissan!
