Great Buying Experience
by Car_Crazy on 01/31/2014updated 08/03/2025I purchased a Mercedes Benz S550 in January 2013 and would like to say that the buying experience at Mercedes Benz of Houston Greenway was very good indeed. I worked with salesman Brent H. and he did a great job! I test drove the car, we… later agreed on a price, via phone and/or email, and he submitted my information to finance. The next thing I knew Brent called me and said finance was ready for me to come in and close the deal and pick up the car. Now comes the best part; I met with Mr. Will R. in finance and he was the most straight forward finance person I have ever done business with at a car dealership. He came with the best interest rate out there, didn't play games and was pleasant and respectful of me and my time the entire time. He even told me about a Mercedes Benz promotion that I was unaware of that saved me even more money. I was in and out of his office in under 30 minutes. Two trips to the dealership and a total of about an hour and a half out of my busy schedule and I was the happy new owner of the S550, which is a great car! The car was washed and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership, so no waiting around the dealership, which was very nice. Great experience with my new MB purchase

I had been looking at different makes of cars in the same class as GLK, but at the… end it was Mercedes that I went for. The reason for that is not the only the car, but people in this dealership like Peter who makes the sales happen. Peter was understanding and made every effort to fulfil what I required in my new car.We are pleased to hear of your experience with members of our staff. by masoudMZDH on 03/22/2013updated 08/03/2025From the moment you step in you will see smiles around you from people who are willing to assist by giving information and showing you around. it doesn't really matter if you have already planned a trust drive or just stepping in for quotes… just after appraising your car at the carmax like me. The sales person that I had the pleasure of meeting was Mr. Ali A. He is the guy you want to have on your side when buying a used car. With his past experience as a service manager in the same dealership , he knows about cars, their weaknesses so his hints were something that helped us in choosing what is best for our way of life. After choosing a certified used 2011 E350 Bluetec( Diesel) , with help of Mr. A. we were able to get the same quote for our old trade in car as we had from Carmax and also on the other hand we did get some special price on our purchase. The finance department is just an easy 1-2-3. With help of Mr. R. as the finance manager we did get a perfect %1.99 finance that saved us more that what we were thinking of.The rest of the process was quick and fun signing on a cool monitor instead of papers. The whole trade in and purchase didn't take more than 2 hours and we enjoyed waiting time by checking all different cars in the showroom , shopping the small boutique of Mercedes gift products and also sitting on a comfortable chair drinking a freshly brewed cafe chino! At end our car war ready with a full tank of diesel, all detailed and clean, with fresh smell. Even tough I have another Mercedes dealer much closer to my house but I always return to this one without any hesitationExcellent Sales Experience with Alex Star

Courteous, accommodating

Very accommodating sales dept, here's my example. I signed papers to buy a car on Monday and planned to pick it up on… Wednesday. Tuesday night I found that a lighting package was available on the C250 but the car I purchased didn't have it. I called Surender Wednesday morning and told him I wanted a car with the lighting package. He called me back in 15 minutes, had located a car with the features I wanted and after going in to the dealership to confirm that I did want the other car all I had to do was re-sign paperwork for the new VIN number and pay the difference in price. This was my first Mercedes and they made me feel like an important and valued customer. I will buy my next Mercedes from them. I very highly recommend this dealership and salesman Surender Kamnani.Love my car

Very disappointing experience
by Peapaw on 02/21/2014updated 08/03/2025I just bought a CPO S550 from this dealership and did not receive the MB experience like I have from other MB dealerships. I drove from Dallas to Houston to look at this car I found on the internet. I placed a deposit on the car and set up… an appointment with the sales guy. But the car passed CPO but during the test drive the car was pulling to the left and we told our sales guy. He said he would have the service team look into the issue. According to the sales team, there was no issue. Two days later we took the car to MB in Plano, TX. They had to fix the front alignment and replace some parts missing from the front end. So I am very disappointed in my experience at this location.Hi, we appreciate your review as we take these very seriously. Deception

So we believed that and selected a car on the lot based on that information. When we discovered that wasn't true (at home 2 days… later) we found out that he intentionally mislead us to sell the car. After having owned it for about a month I was in a major accident on Southwest Freeway and the car was… totaled. I walked away from the accident -that car saved my life! I have no doubt of the quality and safety features of these cars! My husband and I had no hesitation about buying another once the insurance claim was settled. So back to Surrender at Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway we went. Just like our first experience, we were in and out within an hour to hour and a half. Surrender our sales consultant for both car purchases is an HONEST no fluff kind of guy. He tells it like it is and is a pleasure to deal with. Not at all like the typical car salesman. Highly recommend him. Our overall experience with Greenway was great including the financing. by timmiboi on 03/18/2014updated 08/03/2025this place had the nerve to try and come up with fake and unfound facts regarding my mercedes such as... a major oil leak (unfound), major transmission service (they didnt know that another mercedes benz dealership had put in a brand new… $6,000 transmission less than a year ago) and when i boughrt that up they said oh ok, well scratch that off the list, they also recommended engine belt replacement because they said its completey worn (it still looks brand new)..all together over $2000 worth of stuff that they tried to upsale me. i really dont appreciate that. i am completely outdone at how they get over and or try to get over on innocent people. just because we drive mercedes benz does not mean we can afford to be taken advantage of, we have bill just like everyone else. i will not be returning to [non-permissible content removed].Grear Experience

Great service

When we finished up, he sent me off with all the info on the car I needed including the… Carfax. A week later I went in to buy the car and was taken care of completely and they worked in a few touch-ups to the car at a later date of my choosing. Overall a great experience.Amazing people, amazing cars
