  • Very slow to issue or non-responsive to refunds for extended warranties

    I have emailed and called numerous times about the status of my refund for cancelling an extended warranty and have yet to receive a response after a month. Very unhappy when I owned a Mazda— especially service department trying to up… sell unneeded cars repairs. Buyer beware on this dealership.

    Jeff Haas Mazda has earned every single positive review you will see. I had an exceptional experience two weeks ago when I bought a vehicle from them. Not going to lie, I was hesitant to visit a dealership after the endless amount of mixed… reviews I read for so many dealerships in the area. I even consider Carvana as a possibility, but the reason I am writing this review is because Jeff Haas Mazda made me change my mind. The process was really simple from beginning to end. I arrived at the place and my salesperson Kevin Cruz was ready to show me the vehicle I inquired about online. He was very prompt in answering my emails on days before to make sure I received the best service possible when visiting. After a short conversation we were ready to take the car for a spin. The vehicle had everything I wanted so I decided to move forward with the purchase onto the paperwork, financing, etc. Kevin was very professional and organized with all the papers I had to sign and review. The location is completely brand new so you will enjoy your time there even as you wait for the paperwork to be done. Kevin took care of everything, and in no time, I was already figuring out financing and some other details. Brian Le, the finance manager, was very patient and took the time to walk me over the options I had. Once again, the process was very efficient and straightforward, no hidden fees or anything like that. Later on I had a conversation with Joe Hamilton, The Auto Parts department manager. He will go over any further customizations you would like to add to your vehicle. Unlike other places where people could be pushing for sales, Joe simply took the time to explain every item on the list, and he left it completely up to me to choose the options I was interested in, if any. Soon enough, I was walking out of the dealership having signed on a great deal on a used vehicle. A week later, I came by the dealership to pick up my vehicle. The car had been detailed and was ready to go when I arrived. I have to say that I am very satisfied with my experience at Jeff Haas Mazda. Each person involved in the process was outwardly focus which means that they were there for me, no doubt. Thank you!
