    We have bought 6 cars from Fredy Kia and the staff in the Service Dept have helped us take care of our vehicles. Always professional and go above and beyond to make sure we get the best deal. We have been with Fredy Kia so long, everyone feels like family. Thank you for all you do.

    This place is a SCAM. They do NOT sell good cars nor do they communicate with you after you've gotten a LEMON car from their pathetic dealership. The sales man who SCAMMED ME is no longer working there nor is his [non-permissible content removed] friend. These people are rude and only cares about money. But God don't play about ME...so get ready for your karma. I HATE THIS COMPANY WITH A PASSION.

    Rafael was phenomenal. From start to finish the entire Client experience was nothing but top-tier customer service. He was timely, efficient, punctual, kind, and very direct and what I was looking for. Without him, I don't believe the process would have been a smooth as it had been. Even when I had returned due to a tire replacement, he had given me advice on what would be more economical as well as affordable in my situation. Props to her. Give him a raise.

    Was sold a 2021 car they didn't bother checking before selling to me with an engine full of sludge ! After only 6k miles from the time I bought it I need a new engine when it's only a few years old and I've barely put miles on it ! Spent 45 minutes on hold, getting hung up on and countless transfers before I finally got a manager on the phone saying there's nothing they can do about it and even heard him in the background mocking me with fellow coworkers. Manager said he would call me back but I'm not going to hold my breath as I had to wait 45 mins to get him on the phone in the first place for him just to shrug his shoulders at me . I will be contacting Kia corporate,bbb, and Texas dmv enforcement division to launch complaints and currently talking with a lawyer to see what other avenues I can take to remedy the situation.

    This place is Horrible!!! Our son got a car from them last year in November and oh how we wished he didn’t. The car is already going to [non-permissible content removed]. We have had several things done to this car and it’s still NOT!!! Up to par at this point we don’t even know if it will pass inspection. This car was over priced and what we consider a rip off.And what the hell is this premium package for a waste and an add on for extra money. You can’t use it to fix the car There were angry customers there with issues already which should have been a red flag. Not to mention the salesman wasn’t too much help and also hit a pole with the car there bringing it to us to test drive then lied about it and wanted to step outside to speak with my husband stating please don’t say anything he didn’t want to loose his job. At this point we were exhausted and my son test drove and of course it drove well. However now it’s trash. We wished we never came to this place but it was our mistake never again and I wouldn’t advise anyone to go. People work way to hard for their money to get treated thus way. They should really close down.

    Even though we live an hour away, we called as they had the car in stock that we were looking for. Robert was very knowledgeable and professional, helped us on the phone and decided to make the drive to test drive. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly. Read negative reviews, but only experienced top notch service for my visit. Left happy and with a brand new car. Thanks again for easy and painless process.

    Watch out for the dealership! The internet prices are not correct. I worked with them two different times throughout the day. The test drive went well. When I was ready to purchase the vehicle, they added a $4,000 non-negotiable protection package. This package is not listed on their website and they did not mention it until I was ready to purchase the vehicle. They told me that their internet pricing was purposefully listed below book value. Completely wasted my time. I would avoid dealing with this place.

    I would never recommend KIA Used or other wise to anyone. I purchased a used car from Fredy Used car lot and spent the whole day trying to get financing. My credit to say the least was not the best. I was told at the end of the day that they were able to get me approved for 1 vehicle on the lot, yes just 1 and it was a 2015 Kia Sportage. I test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it. The vehicle had over 170,000 miles. The passenger side window did not work and it had a small fender bender on the driver side. I put $1000 downpayment even though the advertisement on the building said no more then $500 down so false advertisement. I had the car about 2 weeks and started smelling a smell.of burning oil. I called the car lot and was told to take the vehicle in but when I did the person I was specifically dealing with was not available so I was given the run around. I decided to go ahead and have the oil changed to cover my own basis. Keep in mind I purchased the vehicle towards the end of November and did the oil change in December. I continued to smell oil burning and by Feb the car was knocking and not drivable. When I contacted Fredy Kia I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. So now I am without a vehicle and out $1000 and no resolution in sight. I have had to result to Uber and Lyft to get to work.

    AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY!! We were lied to from day one. I made it clear that we would be driving over an hour to get there and it needed to be an immediate purchase, just to show up and there be none; after being told there were 4 Fortes on the lot. Continued trying to work with them to be given the same run around. Approved for a car that wasnt even on the lot, told a price that was $7,000 less than what it actually was. Left after finding all this out and informed James that we would no longer be working with this dealership and take our business elsewhere. That however, wasnt clear enough that we did not want to work with them and were contacted the rest day. After informing them yet again that we were not working with them and dissatisfied, a few choice words (including being called "lowlifes") were exchanged and we were threatened by an employee. After trying to get ahold of the manager, Ammar for a few hours he finally answered, all he cared about was talking about the car we walked out on and threatening that we would not get approved anywhere else. Went 15 minutes down the road to Gay Kia, got approved immediately and left same day with the car we were promised from the beginning. Dont waste your time at all and just go straight to gay kia.

    Online staff lied about vehicle being on lot and acted like it sold just 30 minutes before I got there. Had back up vehicle also that supposedly was on lot and it was being driven by someone who was getting service done. Then told not sure when back up vehicle would be back on lot. Waste of time. Lied to and brought to dealership so Debbie who works on online services could get paid for a customer to walk in dealership. Worst experience ever! Will tell my friends and family to avoid Fredy Kia at all costs!

    Recently bought a new automobile. Told them multiple times I wanted tint on new auto. Said not an issue, get the car and now tells me I can't get it because they didn't charge me in the price. I don't appreciate being lied too. This is my 2nd auto and will be my last. All my family drive kia but may not after I tell them about this.
