There are some amazing mechanics that really know how to keep you safely driving on the roads and the service leaders who are excellent at helping you understand what… needs to be done. They have upgraded their services by providing short videos of what they discovered wrong with your vehicle with narration from the mechanic. Good service but can be better if EV questions can be adequately answered.
by Lallous on 11/22/2021Mr. Shaun Massaih and his team did fantastic job helping me put together an order for a new X5 and made sure I was updated on the status of manufacturing and date of the vehicle delivery. They were all prompt in their replies to my emails.… The total build up and delivery was less than 5 weeks from the date I signed the order. The offer including the cost and the financial deal I received from this dealer was good. The initial APR rate was high but they immediately matched the lower rate I had received from my own bank (Doing my homework first helped). The BMW genius team (Daniel and his team) are very professional and helpful in guiding me through setting up my car profile and tune up all the digital tools that come with this car (and they are many). The only minor disappointment is related to lack of adequate knowledge or support of the EV/hybrid technology: -The car I purchased is a plug-in hybrid one. -The car shop team gives you minimal orientation regarding how to optimize the use of such technology. They did not even charge the car overnight for me to be ready on the day of pickup...Imagine excitement to be picking up your new car with such feature to find you cannot use it on your first trip to home. -Poor understanding of charger set up needs -The Wall mount charger (supposed to be level 2 charger compared to the basic level 1 that comes with the car) is not even available to purchase. Other than this issue, I thing this is a very very good dealer. I recommend this dealer to anyone in the Houston area.Scheduled maintenance check

I have told several people and will continue to tell people NOT to go to BMW OF NORTH HOUSTON SOLEY BECAUSE OF MADISON KIRCHER!! She is the CFS manager.. I was approved prior to… for a certain amount and she said I wasn’t... She took her sweet time rerunning my credit and came back 30mins later. She literally put 2 papers on the table and stated “You have 2 options, take or leave it!!” I really wanted to walk out then and there but I flew all the way down with the plan of buying that particular vehicle... She never once said, “Mr.McGee I apologize for the inconvenience, miscommunication, or error... She was nonchalant... And straight rude.....Thank you very much for sharing these comments. We care about all our customers and wish to restore your good faith in our dealership. by Shelly Peterkin on 12/30/2020Would rate a zero if I could. Found a BMW X5 CPO on the major car search sites listed at a specific price. However, when we visited the dealership, we were told by the salesperson that the actual price was about $2k higher. However, when we… showed him the listing online, he said that it was a mistake and that the sales department would honor the listed price. After getting our trade-in appraised, we were then notified that if we wanted to get the listed price, the vehicle would not come CPO. We let the salesman know that we would think about it. It wasn’t long before the sales manager and general manager (Randy Lozmack) followed up with us via email to ask us how our experience was. After explaining the situation in full to them, and expressing that they should honor the listing price as a CPO, we have heard nothing. It’s been crickets. So my advice to all potential customers is to stay away and shop at one of the other local BMW dealerships. Business is business, but I choose to conduct my business with folks who are honest. With this dealership, you can’t trust that they won’t honor the prices they advertise.
