My salesman, Nicolae B., was great and didn't push me into buying the car. He treated me kindly and… with respect even though I am young, buying used, and financing the purchase. Great experience and I wouldn't hesitate going back for another BMW several years from now.Avoid this dealership

The sales person… answered all our relevant questions with regard to the vehicle as we were planning to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle. He was polite, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We felt comfortable and decided to purchase the vehicle after some negotiation. As we had seen similar vehicles on the internet, we noticed that their pricing was most competitive. In addition, we were happy to understand that the vehicle came with additional warranty for 100,000 miles which is a must when you are driving an expensive car. Thanks for helping us with our purchase and we will definitely keep this dealership in mind when we think of purchasing another BMW.[non-permissible content removed]/Poor Customer Service

I only had the car for two months I was lied to ,finance manager Mr B. assured me he will get my… money back and convinced me to go back and buy another vehicle from him I bought all the warranties he can offer me i finally closed the deal i left my new car at BMW because their was some things that needed to be done , when i picked the car up two days later it was dirty from the inside where the mechanics sit the carpet was filthy and handprints were all over the dash board. But apparently I was told that i shouldn't complaint too much because their was no profit on this deal,,, I did not hear from Finance again he never returned my calls , he avoided me giving me the round around they took advantage of me maybe because i was a female who knows About two weeks laters I get a call from Mr L. the director in finance to tell me he can't do a refund. Now that have received the survey I get all these calls from BMW trying to explain their concerns to me. At this point is too late . I'am being truly honest I don't intent to get anyone trouble .I just wanted good service Being that I'am a nice person I will give you 1 overall starCustomer Service

The paper work process was relatively quick and was carefully explained, as were the features of the vehicle.Sales consultant Greg S. did very well & professionally handled needs.

He was prepared, able, and willing to answer all our questions and requests in a manner we could relate and… fully understand. After our final decision to get the car we wanted, since none were available in the US country wide system, Greg was able to work the details to have our custom 535i Xdrive with the exact options built in Germany and get delivered on the ground at BMW North dealership just 37 days later. Greg arranged a pleasant delivery experience with his fully showing and explaining of all the 2014 new features. Mr. S. has remained in contact and available to continue to answer new questions as we learn to use the multi new items while we discover the full enjoyment of the new BMW Series 5. We are sure BMW North dealership and especially Greg S. would be able to take care of any of your desires and needs of your own future BMW. My sales advisor was very knowledgeable about the car's features, was able to… answer all of my questions, keep me up to date on the delivery process and fulfill my requests during the sales process. Also, the support didn't stop after buying the car. I received periodic follow-ups checking on how the car is performing and if I had any questions. It really took my eyes and told myself I should get one. Honestly I never had BMW before always bought big American cars especially… trucks. So, I went to the BMW of North Houston Dealership last week and I fell in love with that Deep Blue Sea BMW 128i Coupe. Mr. Ronald F. and Mr. Nicolae B. are great Sales Executives, they took very good care of me and helped me step by step throughout the procedures, I can't thank them enough. Also, I never imagined that BMW financing will be that easy, for sure it's because Mrs. Phyllis B. is super in her job. I can say it was the easiest car deal for me in more than 15 cars that I have bought in the past years. I'm really happy with my trade and I'm enjoying my little baby. BMW cars are way different than American in many ways, specially engine, breaking and interior off course. I recommend this beautiful car for any one who like strong, small cars. This being my first BMW and first purchase at a dealership, he made sure that the entire process went smoothly. After the purchase, he followed up multiple times to make sure that I was happy with the purchase and to ensure I received the license plate and the user manuals that was posted from their showroom.
