Throughout the duration of buying I was buying the car, I was treated fairly (as I am young, 26 at the time), given a fair price, and the sales team worked wonders for me went… above and beyond. The first few times at the service department, I started noticing the lack of attention that employees of BMW of Houston North gives to their current customers. After recently having several problems with my car, the receptionist started becoming rude and would not show the respect any customer deserves when they purchase a product. When I bought this car, I believed that I would be experiencing the "Ultimate Service," but after dealing with the service department several times and being spoken over, corrected, and screamed at, I decided that my business should be brought somewhere else. My car was brought in 4 times to the dealership within two months because of systems failing. I didn't purchase this expensive car to have it turn out to be this unreliable and have bad service as I've experienced. I will not be bringing my car back to BMW of Houston North because once you buy or lease their car, they treat you absolutely horrible. I was so stressed out over this dealership, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I buy my next vehicle, my car will be traded in through another BMW dealer which has already serviced my car and my problems remedied. Take BMW off the building at BMW of Houston North. The people inside make the Brand look bad.
