    Took my Silverado in to get my battery that I had.purchased there to get a warranty replacent and ended up being forced to by and extra battery that I did not need because of bad communication on behalf.of the service advisor I was assigned. I told the advisor that was not what I wanted but he just would not work with me. Apparently he went and ask the shop to remove the battery and the shop manager denied it, then he went to the service supervisor and he also denied the removal, the advisor said my only.option was to finance the battery which I had to do because they would not give me my keys. Could.of been a simple removal of the battery but no they were set on me buying the battery so now I'm $400 plus the finance charge in the hole for something I did not need. I mean it's not.like if the battery had been used or anything like that because my truck hadn't even left the dealer parking lot. This is why when it comes to speaking with someone about an issue about your vehicle it is better to call the person rather than texting. It the advisor would of called me and explained his intentions I would of told him what I wanted.

    Salesman Darrel Smith did and awesome job getting me into the truck that I always wanted. But my issue is that the passenger front window isn't tinted. I would like to see if you guys could tint the passenger side front window just for good customer service and satisfaction.

    Only in town for a view days, Jay Dekohary was able to get the service I needed done on my Silverado, on short notice, and back to me so I could be on my need. Appreciate the personal attentiveness to the needs of the customer they also show. I used them for 25+ years and will keep using. I go to no one else.

    The experience was wonderful and got me set up with what I needed, I saw the car as I drove up and I already knew it was mine. It was eventful and exciting and my sales rep., Chris made it all worthwhile to travel from the Katy area where I reside to Autonation Chevy location.     This was our first time dealing with AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway and it was a very enjoyable experience. Our salesman, Brent Schoppa, was wonderful! He did not pressure us into anything. He let us ask many questions and compare several different vehicle models. Once we had settled on our model then we looked at what we wanted and what was available in their stock. Believe me when I say, I got everything I asked for and then some! My husband and I are both very satisfied with our purchase.   • Worst dealership ever

    I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and it last 7 days. I took my 2016 Nissan versa note 3 times during the first 7 days and it is still there and they have done nothing. No lights on dashboard and a bad transmission. Also, they have the worst customer service and will not answer the phone. Do not purchase new or used vehicles there. It is fraud. They do not want to honor the 90 day limited warranty.
