by Wesley on 10/08/2021I quickly scheduled an online appt for my wife’s car at 8:30 this morning as I needed to get a tire replaced. I showed up a bit earlier than my scheduled appt and was greeted very quickly. I worked with Matthew and he was very courteous… and helpful. They got me in and out within an hour and a half and I was very pleased. The BEST BMW service department
by Connie D on 10/05/2021I just brought my X3 in for its first service today and it was an awesome experience!!!! So let me start from the very beginning. I called for an appointment and quickly spoke with Kamil who set up an appointment for me the very next… morning at 9-great. I got there early at 830 and was greeted so professionally. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch that gentleman’s name. He immediately assigned me to a wonderful service advisor, David Guerrero. David had someone shadowing him this morning and I love the way he was training this person-very respectfully. Believe me, your clients watch those things as well. It’s not just how you treat us but each other. Anyway, my service was covered but David did suggest a couple of other things that they recommend but was in no way pushy about it. I opted to have the extra services performed-personal choice. David arranged a ride for me through a service that they use called Alto. I had a great experience with this service as well. So much so that I will probably starting using Alto instead of Uber for some of my personal trips. David made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting area until my ride arrived. Next thing you know I was receiving a text that my car would be ready in one hour. This gave me time to schedule my return ride with Alto-wasting no time. When I arrived my car was washed and ready for me as promised. Even the car wash was better than any other dealers service department that I’ve used. I would highly recommend using Advantage and in particular, David Guerrero, when serving your beemer. Thank you for such a great experience!!Thank you for your thoughtful review, Connie. Almost perfect
by H on 10/04/2021Everything was great except they told me when I arrived that car wouldn’t be ready until 2 days later. I had an appointment for a oil change and I would have rather known before I went there to drop it off.Thank you for the feedback. I understand that we should provide an accurate time frame so you can schedule accordingly, I will address this with the appointment setting team and figure out how to provide a close estimate on completion time. I am glad the other aspects of your visit were great. We will work to get better. Overall a good experience
by David on 09/30/2021I really liked that I was able to schedule my appointment on line and that they were honest that waiting at the dealership was not a option so late in the day. Regarding the acutal service I felt they were transparent and I like that they… sent me videos showing exactly what they were doing to my vehicle. They even offered to pay a transport service to drop me off. They used “Alto” but the driver would not take me home because “someone else took my spot”. Not really the service centers fault, but it delayed my wait at the service center for 45 mins. They eventually called me an Uber - which honestly was more reliable and probably a better choice. I took one star off because they didn’t contact me when my vehicle was ready. I saw a text to complete a review on my phone so I waited about an hour to see if they would notify me that my vehicle was ready. No notification, so I texted myself and got a reply 30 mins later. Overall I was satisfied with my service. I’ve been coming here since 2015 and I can honestly say the service has improved - it used to be far worse - but it continues to improve with each year.Thank you David for your feedback and kind words for our team. Service rep David was ready to serve upon arrival, he explained the process, asked additional questions regarding additional services needed, given the age of the… vehicle, which the vehicle needed. He updated my info and scheduled a ride to pick me up. In was in and out in 15 mins. My vehicle was ready by 3 and though I did not complete the rooftop repair all other request were done. Process at check out was easy and fast. David was attentive to my questions and offered a follow up schedule to resolve other issues.
