    There's a certain level of competence, quality, and Excellence expected from a BMW dealerships service center. Advantage BMW has met the standard and exceeded in some areas. I'm very pleased with the service I received. My concerns were heard and addressed in a timely manner.     - straightforward price quote, open and honest, fair ... no need to haggle - customary car dealer round and round cycling avoided - salesperson knew about car model and answered all questions - minimal paperwork and protocol - quick trade in evaluation consistent with Kelley Blue Book - car as delivered in immaculate condition

  • Good service rep, but chipped doors and bad BMW service warranty

    My service rep was nice and communicative and explained things thoroughly, but this is the second time my car is kept over night at BMW Midtown and it comes back with new chipped paint on the doors and I have issues with the BMW service warranty. The service people park the cars too close to each other where they hit other doors (That happened the first time; I’m unsure what happened this time). BMW will fix it once they confirm but then my car goes back in the shop for. 1-2 days. Also, I had work done on my car at the end of my warranty last year & the invoice that states there’s warranty on the work for 2 years or 24K miles only applies to work that is paid for. Meaning they can do shotty work and then you find out 5K miles later and now have to pay for another leaking oil gasket (or another headunit that was replaced cause it malfunctions) that was just replaced one year ago. BMW (not just Midtown) needs a better policy on work that is performed on the car regardless if the manufacturer warranty expired - it is now a service issue for service performed.

    I got the car I wanted for a decent fair price Sergio was nice and knowledgeable and honest my only dislike is finding out later I could of maybe kept my old plates but the process was quick and smooth after I decided to move forward to purchasing the BMW i3 I was hesitant about giving up my old and very first car but after test driving the vehicle I couldn’t get my mind off it and I got it for a lower price than what a previous dealership had tried to up charge me for monthly. Electric cars are becoming a thing I’m glad I choose BMW Midtown it was hassle free and I absolutely love my new starter electric vehicle 😊 Sergio was awesome I can’t stress this enough it was the first time a sales person made me feel comfortable and trusting .

    The representative answered all my questions and took care of all my needs. The dealership was clean and did a complete job of inspection and repair. They took care of my the car and got me in and out in a short time. Asked if needed water, or anything to drink, and left my car clean and in good shape. I have been using them for nine years.
