    It is always a pleasure to do business with Westside Lexus. This is my second Lexus, and I have every intention of purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership. Their sales people and their service people are wonderful to work with. I would give them a five star rating every time!

    The dashboard replacement looks pretty good, but I did not like the mechanical grease on my leather seats. Andrew the my rep was kind enough to clean the grease from my car seat and counsel. The mechanics should have covered my seat and counsel. I feel that Lexus has a great customer service team. I bring my car offen and this was the first time I was a little disappointed. But overall I still give it 5. If I might add please make sure the service people clean up behind themselves.

    A low tire pressure light came on in my car. I took it in to the dealership to be checked. There was a nail on the inside wall of my tire and they said I'd need a new tire which I purchased. I was treated in a timely manner.

    The service provided at the dealership is incredible, but comes at a very high price. I have to admit I'm disappointed with how much I have had to spend to date on repairs for my 2009 Lexus IS 250. It has about 86,000ish miles. I've had other vehicles with many more miles than this and have not had to spend as much as I have on this car. My most recent repair was for the door lock assembly at a cost of nearly $700! I had no choice but to get the repair because the key fob would not unlock to door. That should not be going out at 86k miles!

    I have worked with Fred Hernandez for close to 10 years. He has always been helpful, responsive, professional and supportive. When you car is not working it is extremely stressful. Fred has always kept my stress to a minimum, which I appreciate!! Dawn Carlson

    Nester, the Service Care Advisor was excellent in communicating the required steps to have my vehicle repaired. He didn't try to "sell" Lexus services, rather, he advised me on options. Lastly, he treated me like a VIP, instead of another customer in line in which I have experienced at Northside.

    Easily schedule my 10,000 mile service and arrived to be immediately greeted by a technician. The coordinator kept the time commitment quoted and returned my car clean and ready to go within one hour. Another great service from Westside Lexus.

    Westside Lexus is unmatched in their consistent five star, quality customer service. The friendly staff will make you feel right at home and they strive to accommodate your needs. My experience over the years with Westside has always been positive. They are honest, trustworthy and dependable. With the exception of North Side Lexus since I haven't dealt with that location, my experience with the other Lexus dealerships/collision centers and independent Lexus centers in the Houston area has had its fair share of customer service issues and inferior workmanship. Westside Lexus by far is the BEST!

    After 2 years waiting Lexus finally sent dash to dealership. Westside Lexus did a great job replacing dash and loaning a new RX to use for the day while replacement was performed, also replaced rear wiper and taillight bulb all for a cost less than $30.00.

    service advisor Andrew Tran is great to work with. Efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable. Although I live about 20 minutes from the other large Lexus dealer, I drive 45 across town to Westside Lexus. Why? Excellent customer care.
