I was treated with courtesy and I have no doubt that West Houston WV has a team of talented individuals… who truly understand customer's needs and do every effort to fulfill them. I would not lease a car from West Houston VW unless I would have received a positive response from Eric Bievenour when I called him first time for a car lease inquiry. Salesman (Andy) handled my car leasing process and was extremely knowledgeable. Big kudos to Sales Manager (Brian) who was extremely helpful to explain me car leasing process, lease terms and out of state car registration process in case of a transfer to another state. He did not cut any corners, waited for me to do my own research and gave me the exact same deal in early month of June as it was advertised for the end of May.Used VW Tiguan -- great sales experience

He made my decision easy and gave us wonderful service. He got me the deal I was after and got me… the car of my dreams. He even threw the red bow on my car before I drove off. The car is everything I didn't know I wanted and without Eric I probably would have left VW that day not knowing it was the car for me. Keep up the great work! I had no idea what car I wanted when I came in, but he was incredibly patient… and helpful in getting me into the right vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about cars in general and knew VW's offerings really well, down to the Car-net service. Financing was a snap and the buying process may have been the fastest I've ever experienced. I'm so glad I stopped in and I love my new car!Best Car Buying Experience Ever

When I first arrived at the dealership; Ryan asked me a few questions, upon answering the questions Ryan said he had… the perfect car for me. by Drsun on 03/23/2015The sales person greeted me past 7pm and didn't mind showing all the vehicles. The dealership has the larget GTI selection. This is not the dealer that you go to and end up ordering one due to the lack of inventory. All transaction went so… quick. Even the financing took only 5 minutes or so. I am a dentist and I don't like wasting time on weekends since I work 5 days a week. They delivered the vehicle as promised and the sales person, Mr. Greg Evans was very attentive towards making my overall car buying experience a happy one. I've been a long time customer for toyota, lexus and mercedes benz. I am glad that I switched to VW.Excellent experience

I conveyed that to the salesman and he didn't try his hardest to push me onto other cars or other options, he simply grabbed the keys and we… took it for a test drive. As for the negotiations side of the deal, I was very pleased with the way they handled my purchase. I explained to them the price I wanted to achieve and we got there with no haggle at all. When they say Really, Really happy customers they sure do mean it. This is my second used VW and Every time… I have visited this dealer I couldn't be more happy. I was treated well, and proper, and their really willing to listen to what the buyers want, made my whole buying… experience with ease. When I got in the car he showed how all the gadgets work and how to set them up. Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase their very own Volkswagen new or used your CHOICE. Great place, Great cars. I'm not looking forward to purchasing Japanese vehicles anymore in the future these cars are too overrated. VW from now on.....
