Exceptional car buying experience.

He ordered the car several months ago for me. We negotiated a fair price and the car was delivered shortly… after it arrived. I'm impressed with the car due to some subtle changes which enhance comfort, eliminate blind spots, and of course the performance. I've dealt with Andy in the finance department before. He understands what added features I like for example extended warranty and anti theft systems. He handled the transaction promptly. My experience with this sale was exceptional. by buffhomer on 12/19/2015updated 12/28/2015I had a little trouble at first getting someone on the phone or via email (I'm an Internet customer) to take me seriously but finally Edwin Bryant stepped in and took care of me. Between he and Santos the deal went quickly and smoothly.… Edwin even made sure a last minute special request I had was taken care of. The pricing was untouchable by any dealer within a 1,000 mile radius. Would definitely recommend Mac Haik and Edwin in the future.Excellent Service
by LCHouston7674 on 12/17/2015My husband and I came by to just look at a new Escape. I had a cold and did not feel well. I had shopped online that day and had a good idea of what I wanted. Kevin V. came out and asked if he could help us and I told him what I wanted… and he said "No Problem!" And we drove out in about an hour with my new Escape. We did not even have our trade in with us at the time. We have never purchased a car that fast. Two years ago We moved from Ford to Mazada and the first survey I received from Mazada I told them that their Service was no where near the wonderful, fast and efficient service offered at Mac Haik Ford and that night (12-12-15) they more than proved it! The only regretful thing is that I left poor Kevin with my cold germs! Sorry. LC HoustonGreat service and don't trust the Carpro. He is payed off.

Our salesman Jeremy Hall was very knowledgeable on the ford products and understood what we wanted and help us find the right truck… in no time. by AlboTransport1 on 11/21/2015I purchased a lincoln mks. With 80 k miles. The service was overall good, they did their best to make sure I'll buy this car, helped me to get it financed. One thing I am not happy about is, the car is used I was totally aware of that,… but steering problem happened the next day o bought the car, an did get a positive answer, if they're going to fix it, they're answer was you bought the car as is. But hello, this is a big dealership, the car should come out, in good safe driving condition, plus it's 15 thousand dollar car. So looks like I will have to spend couple of hundred dollars more to make the car good condition. Overall it's a good dealership.New truck

by Michael2532 on 10/20/2015Me and my wife purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition EL. The service was great and the staff was just as good. I also want to thank Andy for his assistance with the finance portion. My only two regrets were that the bank he found wouldn't… approve us do to the fact that I'm in the military and moved overseas. I do understand the risk that they would be taking becuase of the fact they have no banks here in Germany. The second regret was actually doing more research on the vehicle prior to purchase. I lost 300 pounds of towing compared to my 2007 Ford Expedition EL, and the sound system is far worst than my previously own SUV. In short I hope that the future Expediton ELs go back to a V-8 with the towing capacity of the 2007 models and a better sound system. All in all the dealership was very good and if those modifications get made in the future we will be returning customers to purchase it.Great services!
