As soon as we got there we were greeted by our salesman Mo. Once my daughter test drove & decided that was… the car she wanted Alex took care of getting her approved. He was extremely fast & friendly. Mo was super helpful with my daughter explaining all the things a first time buyer needed to know. She was very nervous & went out of his way to make her feel confident with this purchase. Our finance guy Alton was fast as well & held great conversation. He even gave his personal feedback regarding extended warranty which helped us make a big decision. my husband & I have bought several cars & this experience was by far the easiest, fastest, & most friendly. I’m so thankful my daughter had a great experience buying her first car!Dissatisfied customer
by Dissatisfied on 08/26/2019updated 09/09/2019I am very disappointed when i got home and saw my contact the numbers were not what the dealer said the price was i was a actually charged over 5000.00 more than the dealer said the car was going to be perhaps that was my fault for not… looking at the numbers but i Trusted and didn't think i was going to be cheated because you'll were Honest with me in my past purchases Also got the wrong car model i was supposed to get a 2019 and winded up with a 2018 other than that your sales person were AwesomeAlmost there
by Randy on 09/04/2019Had a great salesman and was happy with my deal, only issue was that clearly it stated on the website and in the details of my truck that a lifetime power train warranty was included. Well upon asking for that it was eloquently explained… why that couldn’t and wouldn’t be provided. It’s a shame that’s the feeling they let me leave with. It could have been a 100% good experience. Seems like a worn out practice of auto dealerships to do this type of thing. No one knew it was still advertised and I was the only one that has ever complained!? Hah a whole lot of people sleeping thru life.Jeep Wrangler

by NoelV on 09/03/2019I determined the car I wanted and checked all the Houston area Dodge dealers for availability, color, etc. Mac Haik's online offer looked the best. I sent an inquiry through the Mac Haik website. Within one hour, I had successfully… negotiated the price (20% off sticker, and another $250 below the online quote), had been approved for financing (with sub-par credit), and was told I could pick up my new Challenger! I arrived, signed the forms, and drove away with no money down. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Mo, Alton, and especially Quad took care of business. Also had a nice long chat with the boss lady - she was great! I'll be a customer for life!Sales

When we called it had already been sold which was no problem mr seel told us there where other trucks to see so we decided to go look. Once we got to the dealership Mr steel was… finishing with a customer and had a associate help my husband and I look around at some trucks we where looking for he was super nice and showed us what we where wanting and once mr seel was free he took us back out to look at a couple more trucks and we found one we liked which did have a little damage but mr seel was more than happy to work out a deal for that once we crunched some numbers and they where able to get us a great price and work with our needs we signed the papers and left very happy customers and we will recommend our friends and family and will be back to buy another car when it’s time thank you for the great service.Great customer service

by O on 08/01/2019After I bought the car I wasn't told how to work some of the functions inside the vehicle also I can't open the vehicle from the inside meaning the trunk the vehicle will not let me make my own text message or send my own text message from… the touch screen I just thought it would be a better vehicle and come with better features it be in a 2019 vehicle. Also can I get the whole 12 month trial on Cyrus because it was already uploaded on the vehicle when I bought it
