Raymond got paperwork together very fast! Before… I knew it I was out of there in my new SUV!! He gave great service, very polite, and helpful! If you need a vehicle go to Fredy Kia and ask for Raymond!! The finance manager was great as well, the whole staff is great!!In ‘n Out

by Michi P on 12/28/2024I initially came to this dealership to get another review or another opinion because I was going to purchase the same vehicle at another dealership. However I liked the fact that the Manager came with both the agents that were assisting me.… He introduced himself and asked me what was my motivation to sell or trade in my vehicle. He did tell me what his opinion and recommendation was which I valued. He was very down to earth and wasent annoying like some other people at dealerships. I eventually left because I wanted to think about whether or not we wanted to purchase a vehicle there. Their service was great but I still wanted to see if I could get another opinion or something more competitive. In the end I went back at night to review the numbers. We weren’t able to do the finance option due to us being upside down which I understood and that wasent anyone’s fault. The manager took the time to explain everything to me as to why it wouldn’t be beneficial for us to go with a finance deal. However he gave us the option to lease and in the end it worked out for us in our situation plus less money down and the payments weren’t bad at all in my opinion. The interest rate was nice since Kia has some great rates right now. They had some very nice cars in their lot too so there’s a lot to choose from honestly. I appreciated the fact that they stayed until last 9 to get everything done and answer all of our questions. Luis and Alberto assisted us. They were professional and not annoying like some other agents at dealerships. We went to over 5 dealerships in Texas and in the end we went with Fredy. We love the car. It’s also not deep into Houston so it’s easy to get there and not have to go through the downtown area. I felt that they really wanted us to get the best deal in terms of what would work for us and benefit our situation. I would recommend them to anyone.Great Experience!

We discussed me needs for my job and we decided a new Kia with full warranty would be the best thing for me. No regrets. Everyone was… honest and up front. He followed up by phone after my initial visit and got my deal approved so I was… done before my second visit. Picking us was very simple as well, no high pressure to buy additional packages. Daniel, the deal approver was also nice to work with. I would definitely shop with them again in the future. by Ap on 10/10/2024Rolandan was an amazing salesman! He is a very personal person. We had no trouble getting approved. However we did have a longer than expected wait to sign and pay with finance. Rolandan himself came in about 3 times to check on us and ask… about our wait time because he was also getting annoyed. A lot of our information was also completely incorrect when we were about to sign. We were able to get a rebate which was nice. The picking and choosing was 5 stars. Finance was 3 stars.
