I went to Fredy Kia to really just look and price check some vehicle, a gentleman name Raymond asked if he could help me, I asked for two vehicles to look at and of course I got stuck on one! Raymond got paperwork together very fast! Before… I knew it I was out of there in my new SUV!! He gave great service, very polite, and helpful! If you need a vehicle go to Fredy Kia and ask for Raymond!! The finance manager was great as well, the whole staff is great!!

by Bre Davis on 10/18/2019Last week I inquired about a vehicle I seen on here for a very reasonable price , was immediately contacted by an internet sales person who was actually very helpful! She gave me all the info I needed, upon going for the test drive i was a… bit upset from the drive and the traffic getting there but it was worth it! The sales team and managers were so helpful and friendly, offering me & my family beverages. The whole process took maybe an hour and a half. I knew what I wanted and they did their best to fulfill my needs. 10/10 Recommended!!I was in and out

Upon arriving I was greeted then my salesman came out and showed me the car. I was there… maybe an hour and a half in and out with my new Soul!Incompetent liars

Today this auto dealers GM and Sales person Chris (don't know last name, short, chubby, smokes cigarettes, blonde, white dude who says he was in the Army) are lucky they aren't being… dragged out of this dealership in handcuffs as I type this review. 1. I exchanged a car a month ago and Fredy Kia never bothered to pay it off. My trade was to be reported stolen at 3pm today were it not paid off fully. 2. I drove 3 hours to trade cars based on the new trade being in good condition. "Army" sales guy Chris says, "oh yeah sure, car looks great, your presence is your equity so come on down". So far I've had..........Bad brakes, no oil/pressure - it was low I added on the way home then had it changed, bad tires, dented passenger rear quarter panel, dented rear bumper, torn front seat leather, overdue for service, chipped windshield, I'm sure I'll find more..... 3. I'm disabled, this is how Fredy Kia treats folks in Texas with disabilities. 4. Fredy Kia Staff is a perfect reflection of their Kia product, both are crap disguised as people or cars.Horrible - Dishonest Sales People
by KB07 on 04/30/2019updated 05/07/2019While I love my new truck, I am warning everyone about the sales practice at this place. The whole process took about 6 hours to complete. They lied directly to my face about my credit score and after I got home and really looked over the… paperwork, I found other disturbing stuff they did. They stole my rebates, which I was told they don't do rebates, even after I showed them the rebate on the kia website. They fudged numbers, basically marked the MSRP up by 2500, then took the 2500 in rebates to make it look like they sold the truck at MSRP, Which they didn't. They also removed the MSRP sticker so customers can't see the MSRP, which is illegal luckily i had printed it out already from their website to show my lawyer. So basically, do not go here. Funny thing is, while they made a little extra off my sale, no big deal to me personally, I have already in the last 2 days swayed 4 friends I know in the market for a new car to not go here and look at other Kia dealerships. So they made one, good for them, but lost at least 4 possible sales and more to come.Great Service Even at Late Hour of The Night
by AmyPhil21408 on 07/26/2018We went to Fredy Kia at 9pm on a Friday night. DJ entertained us to the best of his ability and helped us get the Sorento of my Wifes dream. After buying the car, we were not able to take it home that night because it had to be detailed.… Mr. Aaron, the manager that night deferred the signing of the papers to the morning because we had children with us and it was late. They were nice enough to lend us a Sorento to take home to Sugar Land and return the next day free of charge. DJ and Aaron went above and beyond the call of duty to male sure that we were taking home a beautiful vehicle that we can be proud of. Will definitely purchase again. Thank you gentlemen for making this purchase easy and memorable.Fredy Kia bullies their customers!!

Adding the 'extended warranty' was the same crap they pulled on me.....except the finance person, Joel, actually insisted it was non-negotiable… and I didn't have a choice. I was a single woman purchasing a vehicle, and was bullied by this dealership in several ways!! If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, STAY AWAY FROM FREDY KIA !!!Wonderful sales experience

He gave me options, worked tirelessly for my car, and eventually… got me into a brand new car!!!! I'd recommend anybody to go see him if you want a great salesman who makes you feel like you matter. We all know sitting at a dealership takes some time but he makes it less of a bore. He'll answer any and all questions you have about a car and the… information for it in a very professional manner. If you need something for the car or need to find someone within the dealership he makes it appoint to find it as soon as humanly possible!
