    I purchased this Ford Transit a month ago and discovered significant damage to the roof, I returned the vehicle within a week because Enterprise refused to fix it properly and it is unbelievable to me that they are still attempting to sell it as a zero accident vehicle. After my experience with them I highly recommend everyone to stay away from Enterpise car Sales.

    My experience was very nice. My sales person Jeremy was professional and efficient. He covered all relevant information thoroughly. Tina wrapped up the deal with final figures and follow up information. Overall it was a great experience which took minimal time.

    It was pleasant, after leaving a well known car dealership i was a little discouraged but Enterprise made me smile at the end of the day. They were looking out for me and valued my thought on what I wanted and what was a good choice for ME!

    Wanted to write and complement y'all on the fabulous experience we had shopping with Enterprise Car Sales South in Houston. We found the car on Enterprise's easy to use and customer friendly website. This is our fourth "rodeo" with the Enterprise company and all have been good but this time I think you went above and beyond. We sought to purchase a car as a gift and the best deal was in Houston. We are in Lake Charles and had not dealt with Houson yet. Everyone involved was wonderful, professional and the fellow who was assigned to drive the vehicle to us - Jesus Rodriguez - kept in constant contact with us (very reassuring when a purchase of that size is being made). He made multiple pre and follow up calls to see if there was anything we needed, questions we had or assistance understanding any of the terms. The car arrived on time, in perfect pristine condition and the ONLY flaw - one of the key copies wasn't quite up to snuff - was resolved with cheerful enthusiasm and expeditiousness. I would recommend these guys hands down and look forward to doing business with them again. Was worth every single penney. It's this kind of professional quality and individualized customer service that keeps us away from the floor rooms and coming back to Enterprise.

    I've been in my car now for a couple of weeks and I love it. Everyone was nice and helpful. Jesus did a wonderful job and explained the process completely. Phillip was awesome at explaining the different services provided.

    My experience was great. I told Chris what I wanted and what I didn't want and he made it happen. He worked with me at the times that was best for me. He wasn't pushy or tried to force anything upon me. He showed me what he had, gave me the details and allowed me to decide and I did and the rest is history!!! I Love my Vehicle and my salesman is the best.

    I purchased a vehicle in 2011 and was very happy with Enterprise's salesperson. I did not have to stress in haggling prices because their vehicle prices are as low as can be. My vehicle was very reliable and I had it until I lost it due to flood water from Hurricane Harvey . My vehicle was a total loss and I was impressed that it did not lose its book value, I returned to Enterprise car sales to purchase my next vehicle. I thought I had found one but it was not the one I needed and wanted, so my car sales person , Chris Perry, made it very stress less to return it and waiting on another vehicle to come in that may fit my needs. He is very honest and will answer your questions very thoroughly. He is the best.

    Samy was so knowledgable and experienced that he sensed what I was looking for even before I did. I am very grateful. My car flooded in Hurricane Harvey, and this buying experience was emotional for me. I was still grieving for the car that I lost. Samy Berhanu is a great salesman as his many awards attest.

    Relatively painless procedure to look for and find a car within my budget after striking out at three local dealerships. Enterprise used their national system of cars on their lots and found one in Long Beach, CA, for which I was happy to pay the delivery charge since it was still within my budget. The only reason why I didn't give a five-star rating is because I felt passed by after the sale. Agents were always busy and at times didn't return calls in a timely manner. My best experience was with Dave, the Sales Manager, who was more available than the sales agents. In a sense, after we identified the car and I agreed on the numbers, I asked him to work out the deal that would work with my credit union, which had already agreed to give me very favorable financing terms. Dave did just that and after a few miss-communication cues, that were probably my fault, the deal sailed through to delivery. Dave was very gracious when upon delivery of my trade-in, the battery had died while waiting for the trade-in to arrive from California. Dave accepted the cost of a new battery and is now standing behind the trade-in by agreeing to fix the USB/Cigarette charger power which I did not identify as unworkable until a week after taking delivery of the truck because I didn't try to use it for a week. That you very much for that.
