Cars are arranged in the sales lot by make and model. This makes the search very easy. Great… selection. Fast financing. We were there a total of four hours before driving away with our new (used) car! Thanks for a great experience.This is how car buying is supposed to be...not the typical shell game!

Just when I was about to give up home, here comes EchoPark with a truly new and wonderful way of doing business. I don't see her name on the list… below, but Coco was extremely helpful. Our deal went through as planned, that's why I made the 200+ mile roundtrip. I traded in a vehicle in fantastic condition, got a fair price for it (that most other dealers REFUSED TO DO OUT OF SHEER GREED) and bought an almost new Tacoma from them. That's how to buy a car!Good service

She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle since it was coming… from another lot. She made the car buying experience bearable. The only issue was I had a problem with the air conditioner fan and ended up bringing the vehicle back. The issue was taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend Echo park and encourage them to keep making the car buying experience an enjoyable one for the customers.Buyer
