I traded my vehicle in and the experience was simple and easy. My salesperson, Allison, was the best. Very knowledgeable about the trade in process and very informative. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle since it was coming from another lot. She made the car buying experience bearable. The only issue was I had a problem with the air conditioner fan and ended up bringing the vehicle back. The issue was taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend Echo park and encourage them to keep making the car buying experience an enjoyable one for the customers.
