This has caused us to walk out of showrooms in frustration in the past.… However, our experience at AutoNation in Katy, Texas was exceptional. RJ Williams and Alan Schmitt listened to our needs and found the exact make and model we wanted within our desired mileage range. They went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedules, the fact we live in San Antonio and made the signing process effortless. What stood out about RJ and Alan was their relaxed and down-to-earth approach. It was like doing business with family. They didn't use charm, intimidation, or sleazy tactics to close a sale. Instead, they let us take our time and go over the vehicle without pressure or rush. Their dedication to customer service was evident in their willingness to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explain the paperwork. They showed us that they genuinely cared about us as valued customers, and their love for their work shone through brightly. Their dedication to customer service didn't end after the sale and RJ and Alan have continued to check on us to make sure we are happy.
