Friendly people, horrible process
by Juandie on 01/25/2025The person that received my vehicle was friendly and helpful at all times. But the process was bad. When requesting an offer, I disclosed that the transmission needed a complete repair. I also arranged towing with their recommended tow… service. They were aware that the car didn't move and they made an offer. I went to the store with my towed car and they made a revised offer for less than half of the original offer. We settled on an intermediate point but I was very disappointed. Also, waiting for the check was painfully slow. First and last time dealing with AutoNationHello, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. He helped me find the perfect vehicle despite the rain. His patience and customer service carried over… even after driving off the lot. There was a minor issue with the vehicle and ND was able to address and correct the issue immediately. Raheem is a trooper for dealing with our indecisiveness and back and forth on financial matters.
