Friendly people, horrible process

onThe person that received my vehicle was friendly and helpful at all times. But the process was bad. When requesting an offer, I disclosed that the transmission needed a complete repair. I also arranged towing with their recommended tow service. They were aware that the car didn't move and they made an offer. I went to the store with my towed car and they made a revised offer for less than half of the original offer. We settled on an intermediate point but I was very disappointed. Also, waiting for the check was painfully slow. First and last time dealing with AutoNation
