He went over and beyond making sure we were happy and satisfied. Checking to… see if we needed a drink to going through a lengthy list of cars until we found the right one. We went on a few test drives and he was very knowledgeable about each car. Once we decided on a car Raheem was great going over and beyond to seal a deal and make sure we get the car we wanted. Summer was a great help by helping with the deal also. Everyone was so helpful and made sure we were satisfied.We are pleased to hear you had such a positive experience with us, Tamika! To begin with my salesman Marcell went out of his way to get all the information and extra pictures of the truck I asked for. He even got back to me on his day off to help with… arrangements. I purchased the vehicle from MO and flew down to TX to pick it up. Marcell met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership. He had the vehicle detailed and ready to go when I arrived. He went over all the functions of my 2024 Toyota Tundra and answered all my questions. Mr Drummonds in the finance department was able to get me payment to exactly what I told him I wanted it to be and arranged for me to do all the paperwork at a dealership near my home. I thought buying out of state would be a difficult thing to do . But the made the experience easier than dealing with a local dealer. I don’t buy new vehicles very often, but I will definitely reach out to them the next time I do. I cleared out my car and drove on over. Met Robert, the manager who appraised the vehicle and offered me… exactly what KBB said. He was cordial and explained the process nicely. Overall a very quick process. Waited about 30-45 min for paperwork since they had to get loan documents from my bank and do a loan payoff. Rest was paid through zelle. She was in an old Tahoe with failing AC and said she needed something reliable that wouldn’t break down. I told her that would be a Toyota 4Runner, then. I… texted Summer (sold me my 4R in September) and asked about one I saw on the website. She had one of her sales associates (Shameer) grab it and we saw it as we pulled in. My God daughter loved it! I said we have to drive it first…. It was in great condition and Shameer and I discussed the thorough inspection of cars that come in and how ANUSA will not sell vehicles that have been chipped or modified in the CPU in anyway. This runner had been lifted but we were still able to opt for the warranty through AN. A great piece of peace of mind for this new young driver. We left with our needs met, terms in place and as happy customers thanks to Summer Stiles and her sales associate, Shameer at Auto Nation USA-Katy.
