This was the best experience buying a vehicle I’ve ever had. To begin with my salesman Marcell went out of his way to get all the information and extra pictures of the truck I asked for. He even got back to me on his day off to help with arrangements. I purchased the vehicle from MO and flew down to TX to pick it up. Marcell met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership. He had the vehicle detailed and ready to go when I arrived. He went over all the functions of my 2024 Toyota Tundra and answered all my questions. Mr Drummonds in the finance department was able to get me payment to exactly what I told him I wanted it to be and arranged for me to do all the paperwork at a dealership near my home. I thought buying out of state would be a difficult thing to do . But the made the experience easier than dealing with a local dealer. I don’t buy new vehicles very often, but I will definitely reach out to them the next time I do.
