The level of service was good with a lot of attention to detail.… Car was serviced, detailed, gassed up for us before we departed. One area for improvement would be transaction time. It took 3.5hrs from test drive to walking out the door for cash sale. I was hoping it would have gone a bit quicker.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I have been to other dealerships and I didn’t enjoy the lengthy process… much. However at Autonation, to my surprise the whole process was quick and Francois was true to his word. Definitely recommend others to look at purchasing a car at this dealership. Also , their finance team was great. by SMB6000HP on 09/04/2024I went to AutoNation USA North Houston to look at a Honda Accord touring Edition. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Valerie and was introduced to the salesman Rene. Both employees were very welcoming, very informative, and very… professional. Rene took my daughter and I to the Honda Accord we were looking at, we went on a test drive, came back to the dealership to a very fair and acceptable offer on my truck that I was trading in. I thought for sure they would try to beat me up on the value of my truck, but as I stated it was a very fair and reasonable offer and I accepted it. I am now no longer getting 9 MPG in my truck. I was just letting Valerie know today that I am getting 28.9 MPG in the Honda Accord on my way to work today. If you are in need of a car I would highly highly highly recommend going to AutoNation USA on 45 North & talking to the sales team about their inventory.
