We had assigned as our salesman. He was very polite and attentive. Automation as a dealer is quite transparent. We paid the advertised price with no negotiation hassles. The level of service was good with a lot of attention to detail. Car was serviced, detailed, gassed up for us before we departed. One area for improvement would be transaction time. It took 3.5hrs from test drive to walking out the door for cash sale. I was hoping it would have gone a bit quicker.
